IRE VS NED - 1st Match, Ireland T20I Tri-Series 2019

Ireland vs Netherlands

Match abandoned without a ball bowled (No toss)

3:18 pm Local: We have bad news. The umpires have had a look at the conditions and reckon that we can't have a game today. The first match has been abandoned and the points will be shared. We will try again tomorrow. For now though, cheers and bye..

2:40 pm Local Time Nothing much to add, it's still raining in Malahide and we have also started losing overs.

1:25 pm Local Time: We have some live pictures and the entire square has been covered. The overhead conditions look dull and grey.

1:14 pm Local: We have some bad news to start with. 'Just some lingering misty rain is keeping the covers on. We’ll update as soon as we can', says a tweet from Cricket Ireland

1:00 PM Local: The cancellation of the Euro slam T20 league opened up a big gap in the European circuit and the three nations involved in the organization of that league have looked at filling it with a 6-match round-robin league. Over the next few days, Dublin will be witness to some exciting T20 action, with all three teams eyeing the 2020 World T20 qualifiers, scheduled to be held in the near future. The tournament kicks off with the hosts taking on Netherlands today, and the next few days will give an inkling of what is to come in the future.
