That's it from us from here. Do join us tomorrow for more tri-series action. Till then take care and be well. Bye.

18:24 Local Time, 16:24 GMT, 21:54 IST: That's it. The game has been abandoned. The rain has won. It was bubbling up nicely after Canada made 169 but rain has forced both teams to share points. Canada after their loss yesterday get on the points table.

17:48 Local Time, 15:48 GMT, 21:18 IST: Andrew Leonard on air informs we have 30 minutes before we start losing overs. Also says that 20 groundstaff are working on the ground.

17:44 Local Time, 15:44 GMT, 21:14 IST: It has gotten pretty dark and the rains have arrived. Groundstaff rush with more covers.

17:35 Local Time, 15:35 GMT, 21:05 IST: The players walk off as the groundsmen rush onto the field with the covers. More as a precaution because it has gotten super dark and rain could be imminent. Canada got a good start as they had an opening partnership of 52 runs, but Pathan was dismissed thanks to a solid catch by Yasir Mohammad. Kirton and Johnson though built the momentum back as they both got to scores in the forties. However, USA got wickets at the right times as both the set batters were knocked over. Canada lost their way a bit in the middle overs, culminating in a comical run-out of Harsh Thaker, but they found a strong finish thanks to Shreyas Movva and Dillon Heyliger. 169 might not be enough on this good batting deck, but a couple of early wickets could make the game very tense, especially with rain round the corner as well. Back shortly...
