New Zealand captain - Tom Latham collects the trophy as the winning team poses for the cameras. Almost 720 runs scored in 100 overs as we got to witness three classy centuries today. NZ will be pretty pleased to clinch the series 3-0, but Ireland will try to bounce back in the T20I series that starts on Monday. Do join us for the coverage of the first T20I. For now, it's a goodbye from our side. Good night and take care!

Tom Latham | NZ captain: The games have been fantastic. From the first game to today, full credit to the groundsman for producing a wicket like that. The pitch was pretty hard in the morning when we came out to bat, but Ireland batted equally well, credit to them. Really happy with how the guys responded after that Ireland batting effort. He (Henry) is a world-class bowler, he has control and he is crafty. The guys have been playing great cricket, they are a great bunch of guys.

Andrew Balbirnie | Ireland captain: It was an amazing game, I think we did pretty well. It (lost games) has been a bitter pill to swallow. Those were two of the better hundreds in Irish jerseys, put us in a better position. Outstanding, he (Tector) can be proud of his effort, two hundreds in one week. We want to play these games regularly. It's a shame we don't have any ODI games left for the year, but we do have some T20Is to be played.

Michael Bracewell | Player of the Series: It's been an amazing series. Hats off to Ireland for the way they played. All three games could have gone either way. Privilege to put on the New Zealand jersey. It's been an amazing series from the team's point of view and we got 30 points as well.

Martin Guptill | Player of the Match: It's been an exciting series, my first time in Ireland. Fantastic spectacle for the crowd. Having a little bit of break before coming here was nice. It was nice to contribute, felt like I left a few out there. I lost my dad five yeast ago, nice to recognise him while he was watching on me.

18:43 Local Time, 17:43 GMT, 23:13 IST: That's an excellent batting display by Ireland, but NZ have kept their cool under pressure, and won the closing stages, when it actually mattered the most. Stirling and Tector scored centuries for the hosts, but none of them could take the game deep as Ireland kept losing wickets at regular intervals after that Stirling-Tector partnership. NZ never lost faith, and although Ireland kept getting boundaries at regular intervals, the experience of Blackcaps was enough to take them home. Henry and Santner bowled crucial spells as NZ take the series 3-0. Earlier in the day, it was the century by Guptill, a quick fifty by Nicholls and the cameos by other Kiwi batters that helped them post such a massive total. Quite a high scoring contest this, and although Ireland are on the losing side, they should be pretty proud of their effort. Stay tuned for the presentations..

Tickner to Hume, byes, 1 run, what an anticlimax! Experience triumphs once again! A slower short ball outside off, and Hume swings and gets beaten. Latham gathers the ball watchfully and the Ireland batters can't get more than a bye. Another heartbreak for the Men in Green. NZ win by 1 run, they win the series 3-0. Disappointed faces in Ireland's camp as they walk out for the customary handshakes

Ireland need 3 runs off the final ball. Debutant Hume to face the last ball of the match

49.5

Tickner to Joshua Little, 1 run, on a length around off and Joshua Little has heaved this to wide long-on. Hume wanted two, but he was sent back by Little

Joshua Little, right handed bat, comes to the crease

Ireland need 4 runs in 2 balls. What a match this has been!

Tickner to Young, out Young Run Out!! 1 run completed. Run-out appeal taken upstairs and Young is gone! Had miscued this length ball towards deep mid-on and the call was for two. Guptill is at it again. Fires in a throw at the keeper's end, and although it wasn't an accurate one, Latham does well to collect it and dislodge the bails. Young's dive isn't going to save him, he is just short. Young run out (Guptill/Latham) 6(3) [4s-1]

Tickner to Young, THATS OUT!! Run Out!!

49.3

Tickner to Young, FOUR, Phillips keeps dropping catches. Here is the third catch he has put down. This was the most difficult out of all those chances though. Was a short ball that was pulled towards the right of deep mid-wicket where Phillips couldn't grab it as he was sprinting across, that results in a boundary eventually

Ireland need 9 runs in 4 balls..

49.2

Tickner to Hume, 1 run, on a length around off, Hume swings his bat across the line and miscues it to deep mid-on as they can't take more than a single

49.1

Tickner to Hume, no run, short and wide outside off, Hume attempts a slash, gets beaten due to the pace and bounce

Equation: 10 runs required off the final over

48.6

Matt Henry to Hume, 1 run, short of a length around off, Hume looks to work it across the line, ends up getting an inside edge that deflects off the pads and they take a quick single

48.5

Matt Henry to Young, 1 run, short of a length outside off, Young looks to punch this through the off-side, gets an inside edge towards the on-side, a single taken. 350 for Ireland as they need 11 runs in 7 balls now
