So it's Pakistan vs New Zealand in the final but there's still a game left in this tri-series. Tomorrow Bangladesh take on Pakistan. A game for both sides to try out a few things before the T20 World Cup. We will be there to bring all the action from that game. Until then it's a goodbye from all of us here.

Tim Southee | New Zealand captain: When you get a score like that on the board, it's always a nice feeling going into the 2nd innings. Solid batting performance with the way Devon played and Finn showing what he's got at the top. Guptill coming in at an unusual position and contributing as well, and Glenn been outstanding for us over a period of time, he continues to grow as a young player. As a group we are getting better and better but there are ways to improve as well. We may have been sloppy in the field in the first 10 overs, but the bowlers set the tone. Hopefully when it gets a bit warmer it will improve [on the fielding], it's something we pride ourselves on and certainly it hasn't been up to the standard what we have set as a side and it is something we will be looking at the next few weeks. Pakistan are a very good T20 side and another opportunity to play a competitive match before a T20 World Cup.

Shakib | Bangladesh captain: When you score runs, you feel better. A different pitch to the ones that we played. New Zealand put on a very good total and we were always behind the game, we should've scored maybe 15-20 runs more. We kept on losing wickets which cost us the game. If we look at our three games, it's been the same pattern; after 10 overs, we are losing a wicket every 2 overs, not ideal we are always looking at building an innings instead of chasing. We are not that far [on a settled batting order]. We don't have many options to be honest, we know what exactly the team will be heading into the World Cup. We gave all the guys a game so that we understand what will be the best combination at the World Cup. We will come here and look to win the game. If we win, it will give us momentum. Tomorrow's game is a very important game for us.

Glenn Phillips | POTM: The way Devon batted was absolutely phenomenal. The partnership he and Gup [Guptill] put on really set it up for myself, Neesh [Neesham] and Chaps [Chapman] to hit from ball one. It just happened to be my day at the end of it. Bangladeshis have done their homework, they kept third man up the whole time, their slower balls were really good so I felt down the ground was the better option. I definitely notice that the mishits are something I'm getting away a bit more, but for my own confidence, if I'm lifting heavy in the gym then I can go with the same confidence and strike the ball. Today was a complete batting performance and the blueprint we have set. Chappie came on and struck from ball one which is what we have been asking - team-first mentality and one of us is going to come off and today it did.

Glenn Phillips is the Player of the Match for his blazing innings.

18:25 Local Time, 05:25 GMT, 10:55 IST: Comfortable win for New Zealand and they have confirmed their place as well as Pakistan's in Friday's final with today's win. Chasing 209, Bangladesh had only one big innings - from their skipper that is, Shakib with 70 and the others just did not kick on. Das and Sarkar with 23 each but fell at the wrong time and New Zealand closed it out with efficient bowling and fielding. Shakib tried hard but the target was always a bit too much. Once again Bangladesh failing to provide enough support to their captain who fought gamely against a big target. Do stay tuned for the presentation...

Southee to Shakib, out Caught by Conway!! Shakib goes after a fine innings. This is slower and wider outside off, Shakib did well to reach it actually but can only edge it behind. Would probably have been a wide had he left that. Shakib c Conway b Southee 70(44) [4s-8 6s-1]

Southee to Shakib, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
