Smith collects the winner's trophy and the team surrounds him for a customary photo. It has been an incredible two months for Australia, they have annihilated Pakistan in all facets of the game. Now they head to New Zealand for a quick series and the Pakistani players will get busy with some franchise cricket in the PSL. All that action, you can catch here. Until we meet next time, this is Abhishek Chaudhary, bidding goodbye along with Krishna and Vineet Anantharaman.

Smith: "We have played some good cricket in the last couple of games. Dave has been fantastic and today Head was great too. It was disappointing against South Africa but we have turned the tables. We have played some great cricket in the last couple of months. We will take it day by day. We have a quick series against New Zealand, who have played some good cricket, and then go to India and continue the form there. I'd just like to thank Pakistan for the cricket they have played in the last couple of months. They have been a formidable opponent."

Warner: "I just love playing cricket and try and make as many runs as I can when I come here. Look, you have got to take those chances once you are dropped (talking about his catch that Azhar Ali dropped). Very happy with the break that I am getting. Thanks to the crowd for turning up again."

David Warner is the Man of the Match and the Man of the Series

Azhar Ali: "Today it was a tough total to chase. Credit goes to Australia for the way they batted, especially Travis Head and David Warner. Chasing 360-plus is always difficult. Tosses did not go our way but that is not something in our hands. You cannot practice that. But it is important that you play good cricket. Good teams do not depend on that. Thanks to Cricket Australia and the crowd, they have been great."

When Pakistan came to bat, the intent was there. Azhar Ali's early departure did not bog down Sharjeel Khan, who played his shots and fancied his luck. But as soon as he departed, it became too tough for Babar Azam whose game is slightly different than that was required for them. Pakistan missed a trick by holding Umar Akmal back and sending Shoaib Malik ahead of him. An injury to Malik dented their hopes further and from there on, despite Azam's century, it was always going to be 'Australia's day'. Presentations follow

22:03 Local Time, 11:33 GMT, 17:03 IST: Not everyday you get to see a match where the morale of a team is so low that it is indicative of the result that is to follow. Warner's wicket was a reflection of how Pakistan were treating this one. With the Aussie batting at 179, his wicket would have generated unmatched celebrations but what followed was an appeal so timid that the umpires had to go upstairs to check how clean a catch it was. The story did not change for the rest of the innings, Australia lost wickets as they approached the end of the innings but had enough momentum to take them to 369.
