So, that's it from our side! Ireland shocked Pakistan in the first T20I with a fine win. But, Pakistan turned things around when it mattered the most. They put their act together and put in two clinical all-round performances to clinch the trophy. The thing that Pakistan needs to work on is their fielding. For the Irishmen, they had a good experience of playing against a strong side before the T20 World Cup. Pakistan will now travel to England for a 4-match T20I series and that will be the perfect dress rehearsal before the mega event for both teams. We hope you enjoyed our coverage. Till then, goodbye and cheers!

Here's the glory moment! Babar Azam is presented the trophy and he is all smiles! He poses for some photographs along with his teammates

Babar Azam | Pakistan captain: Credit to the Ireland batsmen for the first ten overs but after ten overs, our bowlers bowled well. We took wickets at the later stage and we were good in the death stage. We enjoyed a lot, we are trying to entertain the crowd, we liked playing cricket here. (On his partnership with Rizwan) We have a good communication in the middle and we are playing a lot of cricket today. We talked about run-rate and we were targetting some bowlers, we believed in ourselves and tried to match the run-rate. We had good practice and we are now looking forward to the England series, a lot of positives for us, we executed our plans and will look to improve on some areas.

Lorcan Tucker | Ireland stand-in captain: It was brilliant, it would have been nice to start with a win but it’s okay. It was nice to get out there and experience, who knows what's going to happen in America. We set up the platform nicely but unfortunately, we couldn’t finish well. We were set to score 200-plus but it didn't happen. We gave everyone a go with the ball, credit to the lads, they bowled well in tough conditions. I think so, maybe it was a bit disappointing with the result but we had positives from the series. (On the upcoming T20 World Cup) We don’t know what’s going to happen in New York in a couple of weeks but let’s hope for the best.

Shaheen Afridi | Player of the Match: Thank you, I think not just for me we did everything in partnership and got success. Last two games we bowl very full at the start of the innings, but we have seniors in our side and they always guide. I think for us before world cup, we have a few games and those are important for us, we need to improve in a few areas. They both are world-class players and they played really well. I really enjoyed and thanks to the crowd for supporting us.

18:20 Local Time, 17:20 GMT, 22:50 IST: Back-to-back clinical run-chases from Pakistan have led them to the finish line! Once the visitors restricted Ireland to 178 on a good batting surface, they were always going to be the favourites at the halfway stage. Shaheen Afridi was the pick of the bowlers for the visitors while Tucker scored a brilliant fifty for the hosts. In the run-chase, Pakistan lost Saim Ayub early but Rizwan and Babar joined hands and kept moving nicely. The former took his chances from the word-go and it paid off once again. Babar changed gears once he got his eye in and played some brilliant strokes all around the park. Both of them scored fine fifties but fell against the run of play. Iftikhar also fell trying to finish things early. But, Pakistan were in the driver's seat by then and Azam Khan hit a couple of lusty blows to take his side to a comfortable victory. Ireland dropped a couple of catches and were not upto the high standards on the field as they usually display. Stick around for the presentations...
