You've got Jason Roy striking the ball like he did the other day. Then you've got Colin de Grandhomme today. These batsmen. Bet he could have levelled an entire army with some of those shots today. Unbelievable power-striking. Pakistan will have to try again in Wellington to get a win. So that's it from us here. I've been Sagar Chawla, you can find me @SagarChawla90. On behalf of Rishi Roy (@_rrroy_) and Abhinand Raghavendran, it's a goodbye!

Sarfraz, losing captain: Very disappointing but some positive things. Haris batted well, Fakhar batted well. Hafeez there at the end. We felt good when we scored 262, credit goes to de Grandhomme. Great innings.

Williamson, winning captain: Pakistan played very well, soaked up some pressure with the bat. They took their innings deep and posted a competitive score. We didn't put up our smartest batting performance. And then Colin came out and played out of his skin. It was special to watch. We didn't think it would take as much turn as it did. Lot of credit to the top of the order. We got off to a very good start. Henry Nicholls was outstanding in that partnership too. It was really nice to get the win tonight. We were under pressure for a large part of the innings. Plenty of learnings.

De Grandhomme, Man of the Match: Been hitting well in the nets, just brought it out here. Was crucial for Henry to be there at the end, that's what we talked about.

20:05 Local Time, 08:05 GMT, 13:35 IST: Geez does this game turn around dramatically! Does it ever! Shadab Khan's spell was instrumental in crippling New Zealand from 88/0 to 99/4, giving Pakistan the upper hand in the chase. And then Colin de Grandhomme, that monster, did one better. He was something else tonight, overcoming the momentum deficit with hideous ease. The timing off his bat was absolutely sensational from the moment he arrived, and before you knew it, Pakistan were blown away on a pitch which was affording decent turn. Madness. Let's hear from the man himself..

45.5

Hasan Ali to Henry Nicholls, 1 run, pulls it away through square leg to bring up a stunning win for New Zealand. This margin of victory does no justice to what has transpired here in Hamilton

45.4

F

Hasan Ali to Henry Nicholls, FOUR, this one's running away too. Scores level. Lovely back-cut from Nicholls behind backward point to bring up his half-century. He's done his job

45.3

Hasan Ali to de Grandhomme, 1 run, slower short ball, swivelled down to fine leg

45.2

4

Hasan Ali to de Grandhomme, FOUR, it's rocketing off his bat tonight. Short of length at the body, de Grandhomme swivels into position and scorches it through square leg

45.1

Hasan Ali to de Grandhomme, no run, back of a length delivery at the stumps, blocked

44.6

Raees to Henry Nicholls, 2 runs, good length ball around off, defended to mid-off. They rush across for one. There's a direct-hit at the non-striker's end which allows these two to come back for another off the ricochet

44.5

Raees to de Grandhomme, 1 run, almost in the blockhole at the stumps, jammed out to long-on

44.4

4

Raees to de Grandhomme, FOUR, outside edge for four. Raees can't be upset about this too much. When you bowl full tosses outside off, you leave yourself open for this

44.3

Raees to de Grandhomme, no run, yorker length outside off, squeezed out to point

44.2

4

Raees to de Grandhomme, FOUR, short of length at the body, de Grandhomme pulls it into the square leg boundary. Of course he does

44.1

4

Raees to de Grandhomme, FOUR, there's no beating de Grandhomme's timing tonight. Don't even try. He's flicked this low full toss perfectly in the gap between long-on and deep mid-wicket
