Berrington receives the trophy and his teammates join him as they pose for the photographs. All smiles in the Scottish camp. They lost the first T20I and were restricted to below-par scores in the following two games but the Scotland bowlers showed a lot of character to defend those totals and win the series. That's it from us. Until next time, goodbye...
Richie Berrington | Scotland captain: It wasn't pretty out there. Strange game of cricket. We still had the belief at the halfway point. It was an exceptional performance from the bowlers. It was pleasing to start that way. Wasn't pretty but it was pleasing to get over the line. There was a bit of frustration as we left a bit out there (with the bat), it was tough conditions. UAE bowled really well. We had the belief. (On the youngsters) They have done it in the last couple of games now. We managed to bring some youngsters in, pleasing to see them take their chances.
Muhammad Waseem | UAE captain: Today as well, giving credit to my bowlers, they bowled well exceptionally. The batsmen didn't step up. If I am going early, my team is under pressure. We wanted to make one partnership, but unfortunately didn't do that. Congratulations to Scotland, they didn't bowl any bad balls. (Raja) Last match he also played well, he batted well today, someone had to support him. Lots of youngsters, hope they learn from these mistakes.
Bradley Currie | Player of the Match: A strange day of T20 cricket, just around 160 runs. Hopefully made for a good watch. Scottish attitude - never say die attitude. It was always the fighting attitude. Plenty of movement, it was easy to bowl four overs and then leave it to the other boys.
22:55 Local Time, 18:55 GMT, 00:25 IST: Shambolic batting performance from UAE! They have been bundled out for their lowest T20I score. Chasing a meagre score of 95, they lost captain Waseem for a duck as he was stumped, thanks to some sharp work by Charlie Tear. Both the new ball bowlers - Currie and Jarvis - were on the money, got the ball to move around and they were aided by some poor strokes. UAE lost half their side for just 14 runs in five overs. Things got worse when Mark Watt picked a couple of wickets in his opening over. Rahul Chopra and Akif Raja stitched a 29-run stand for the eighth wicket and those two were the only UAE batters to get to double-digits. Jarvis returned to break that partnership and Watt brought the curtains down by removing Raja. A convincing 32-run win for Scotland despite getting bowled out 94. Stick around for the presentations...
