That brings us an end to the first game of the tri-series. This was a one-sided affair. Hope we see more tight games. West Indies will take on Sri Lanka on November 16th, here at the Harare Sports Club. Do join us for that encounter. Until then, it's a goodbye from Abhinand, Abhishek Chaudhary and Krishna!

Dhananjaya de Silva: "Gloomy condition, and the ball was moving initially for around 5-6 overs. We survived that and batted through. Kusal batted well. Dickwella also gave me good support."

Dhananjaya de Silva is awarded the Man of the Match

Upul Tharanga: "Definitely, a good feeling. Everyone did well. Bowlers bowled really well. They stuck to the plan. The plan was to bowl at right areas, which we did."

Graeme Cremer: "Disappointing performance from us. Losing the toss, we knew that it'll be tough, but we gave too many wickets. Many of them were soft dismissals. Credit to them, they played really well. This wasn't a 150 pitch. Toss did play an important role, but we could have batted well. The bowlers tried their best. That's the only positive out of this game."

15:12 Local Time, 13:12 GMT: A comprehensive win for Sri Lanka. Everything went right for them right from the toss. They put in the hosts to bat on a track that'd help the bowlers upfront. The bowlers didn't disappoint their new skipper Upul Tharanga as they bundled out the Zimbabweans for a scanty score of 154. The chase wasn't about who will win, it was about when the match will get over. Panyangara had de Silva caught behind first ball, but it was deemed a no-ball. After that, it was all about de Silva. Kusal Perera started well, but perished looking to finish in a hurry. de Silva was joined by Dickwella and the duo shared a 84-run stand that almost sealed the game. Mendis came to the crease and finished off the match with couple of boundaries. Sri Lanka, in the process, have also earned themselves a Bonus Point.
