Dasun Shanaka receives the trophy from Ehsan Mani, the former ICC president, as the Sri Lankan flags fly high across the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. And now the players join their skipper to pose for the shutterbugs. It's been a massive leap of improvement for Sri Lankan team after losing the ODI series 2-0 not long ago. They've batted first in all three T20Is and won games with some smart approach in all three departments. More question marks than answers in the Pakistan dressing room as their 2019 gets more sickening with another series loss. That's that for now. We have an exciting Test match between India and South Africa lined up tomorrow morning. Do remember to tune in for that. Until then, goodbye and goodnight from the team: Raju Peethala, Rishi Roy, Ramakrishnan MS and Siva MD.
Dasun Shanka, Sri Lankan skipper: It's a good victory. Thanks to the Pakistan crowd, they supported not just the home team but us as well. All the players bond well in our team and that is our key to success. They are very talented and I think unity is the secret behind our success. If we play smart cricket there is always a chance to win and each and every one took good decisions which helped us win the series. We should thank everyone in Pakistan, especially for PCB for inviting us to come and play a series here.
Sarfaraz Ahmed, Pakistan skipper: We recovered well with the ball and we had a good partnership with the bat too, but then we couldn't get any momentum after ten overs and that is what cost us. We dropped a few catches and didn't bowl well in the middle overs. The batting order has been shuffled a bit for this series as we wanted to try out a few players and see how they can go. We still have to work on all three departments and especially we have to do well in the middle overs. Special thanks to the Sri Lankan team for coming here and having a good series.
Wanindu Hasaranga, Man of the Match and Man of the series: My wrong un is my go-to ball and I use it smartly to deceive the batsman. I try to absorb the pressure and bowl as many dots as I can. I believe I have got enough variations to pick up wickets.
First up, the match officials receive special mementos
Sri Lankan players are taking a stroll [lap of honour if you'd like to call] around the sidelines to acknowledge every bit of applause coming in from this full-house stadium. Presentations imminent, stick around...
Aryan Joshi: Pakistan can't seem to win without Babar Azam contributing. Need to address this issue before the World T20 starts next year.
22:03 local. Sri Lanka = 3, Pakistan = 0. The World number one team in T20Is have been handed an absolute thrashing. Not many gave this Sri Lankan team a chance to ....(well, forget winning) compete against a well-set Pakistan side coupled with the fizz of new coach and advantage of home conditions. Unfortunately for the hosts, none of it came to the rescue as they once again demonstrated their love-hate relationship with run-chases. They were 63/1 at the half-way mark, needing 85 more with two well-set batsmen in the middle. The momentum clearly rested with Pakistan until that point, but the departure of Babar Azam opened floods of panic in their camp and they just couldn't find timely boundaries to keep the required run rate in check. Some of the dismissals might warrant a dressing down from the coach, but none can take the sheen off Sri Lanka who've been nothing short of exceptional in this T20I series.

Lahiru Madushanka to Iftikhar Ahmed, 1 run, a slower length delivery has been steered to deep point and that's that.Sri Lanka have created history in Pakistan, they've cleanswept the hosts 3-0. This is the lowest T20I total successfully defended by a team in Pakistan, Sri Lankan players are thrilled to bits and one could see the joy brimming all over in the dressing room
Lahiru Madushanka to Riaz, 1 run, slower ball full toss outside off, Riaz thumps it down the ground off the bottom half towards long-on
Lahiru Madushanka to Riaz, 2 runs, gets across and slogs the length delivery to the right of mid-wicket
Lahiru Madushanka to Riaz, 2 runs, that could be the game for Sri Lanka. Riaz slices a full slower delivery over backward point and the fielder at third man was slow to get off the blocks, could have been a run out at the bowling end had there been a better effort there
Lahiru Madushanka to Riaz, SIX, that is a shot of some power from Wahab Riaz. Waits for the slower full delivery to dip and marmalized it straight down the ground for a massive maximum. Cah he do 4 in a row?
Lahiru Madushanka to Iftikhar Ahmed, 1 run, full and wide of off, Iftikhar Ahmed opens the bat face and clobbers the drive to deep point
Lahiru Madushanka to Iftikhar Ahmed, wide, that's a poor start to the over from Sri Lanka, looks to deny pace and loses radar. Full and sliding away past the tramline outside off, Iftikhar Ahmed lets it go
Lahiru Madushanka [3.0-0-22-0] is back into the attack

4-0-17-1
Rajitha to Riaz, no run, a swing and a miss outside off and that's it. Pakistan need 28 from the final over. Riaz clears his front leg and looks to go leg-side with the slog, the bowler was smart enough to keep it full and wide of his reach outside off
Rajitha to Iftikhar Ahmed, 1 run, yorker length wide of off-stump, Iftikhar Ahmed opens the bat face and squeezes the drive to sweeper cover
Rajitha to Riaz, 1 run, slower full delivery outside off, Riaz biffs the drive towards long-off
Rajitha to Iftikhar Ahmed, 1 run, full at the toes, drilled away in front of long-on
Rajitha to Iftikhar Ahmed, 2 runs, slower full delivery outside off, Iftikhar toe-ends the drive wide of long-off
