Sri Lanka's limited overs record is taking a massive blow with their team losing series after series, still trying to figure out their best players in the format. As far as the hosts are concerned, they will be hugely delighted to secure a series win despite the absence of their premier players. So, one more to go before we pull curtains on this tour. The third and final T20I of the series is on Sunday at The Wanderers. Do remember to tune in for that starting at 14:30 local. Until next time, goodbye and good night from Raju Peethala, Akshay Maanay and Mukesh Gowda.
JP Duminy, winning captain: Always good to get a series win under the belt. All in all, a good team performance. He (Reeza Hendricks) is a quality player and you always knew something gonna turn for him. That partnership set up the game nicely for us. That's quality, he's (Steyn) a match winner and he always gives you something in the powerplay. Udana played a fantastic innings, he got a few lives there but in the end we will take the win. He (Morris) enjoys this sort of responsibilty and tonight he was sublime. The confidence he showed today was amazing. Always nice to play in the Highveld and we are looking forward to Sunday and hopefully we will end the series on a high.
Rassie van der Dussen, Man of the Match: He (Reeza) played brilliantly. We played a lot together and we understand each other well. We know our strengths as well. He scores in different areas than I do and that's a huge challenge for the bowlers. Very satisfied. Making my debut for my country it's a dream come true and I always try to be my best against each delivery I face. Every aspect of the game needs to be on point and I'm just trying to take these learnings and I'm constantly trying to improve.
Lasith Malinga, losing skipper: The bowling went well, but towards the end they got a few runs in the last three overs. They got ten runs more than we expected. Very frustrating for us to lose games like these, especially with the top order batsmen. They have to learn what the team is expecting and provide good starts. He (Isuru Udana) realized what responsibility he had and in future also he has a lot of job to do in national cricket. I will stick to my basics when bowling. I feel after World Cup I might try to play the T20 World Cup and probably that could be my last.
21:33 local: My word! That's some carnage from Isuru Udana. Almost single-handedly took his team over the line, well almost! Sri Lanka were 62/6 at the end of tenth over and all hopes seemed lost with a familiar batting collapse choking the dressing room for the seventh successive time on this tour. Isuru Udana though had other ideas. Took a few deliveries to settle in and once he did, he proved to the world that his maiden ODI fifty (which he brought up a couple of weeks back in the ODI series) wasn't a fluke. Unfortunately for Sri Lanka, he didn't have any support at the other end and that meant the target was too large to overcome by an individual brilliance. Isuru Udana, I suspect, might be the highest run-getter for his side in limited overs on this tour. And if that's true, I'm afraid about Sri Lanka's chances in the upcoming World Cup.

Lutho Sipamla to Udana, 1 run, pushed to long-on and that's it. South Africa win by 16 runs and seal the series 2-0 with a game to go.
Lutho Sipamla to Udana, SIX, length ball in the slot, Udana says thanks for coming and deposits it into the crowd over cow corner. Sails long into the night sky...
Lutho Sipamla to Udana, no run, takes on the short ball and clobbers the pull from outside off, Reeze Hendricks dives and takes a superb low catch or has he? Nope, it was a half-volley and he revealed the same to the umpire straightaway
Lutho Sipamla to Udana, 2 runs, a comedy of errors in the middle. Hit to deep mid-wicket and the throw from Reeze Hendricks wasn't sharp enough at the bowling end, what's worse? Sipamla fails to gather the throw and then relays it to the keeper. All this while the batsmen were playing musical chairs and the run-out possibility was at both ends. No dice
Lutho Sipamla to Udana, no run, that's the game for South Africa unless there's an extra delivery. Udana made room and drilled this straight to Duminy at extra cover, shakes his head in disappointment instantly
Lutho Sipamla to Udana, SIX, Isuru Udana is in no mood to give up! He sets himself inside the crease for a length delivery and gets one outside off, the end result? 86-metre maximum over long-off. Clean as a whistle!
Lutho Sipamla [3.0-0-27-0] is back into the attack
Jeffrey Vandersay, right handed bat, comes to the crease

Chris Morris to Malinga, out Bowled!! You miss I hit. Malinga gave himself a lot of room and exposed all three stumps in the process, just enough space for Morris to execute his yorker to perfection; pins the base of middle stump with a full-throttle pace. Malinga b Chris Morris 8(4) [4s-2]
Chris Morris to Malinga, THATS OUT!! Bowled!!
Chris Morris to Malinga, FOUR, a low full toss outside off, Malinga swings as hard as he can and to his delight, a thick outside edge runs in the gap between backward point and short third. Very crucial runs these for Sri Lanka
Chris Morris to Udana, 1 run, yet again wields the willow and this one falls just short of the fielder at long-on
Chris Morris to Udana, SIX, stays solid inside the crease and picks up the full ball off the stumps, he's absolutely creamed that over long-on
Chris Morris to Udana, wide, bumper outside off, too high and Morris has to rebowl that
