United Arab Emirates have won the toss and have opted to bat

Greetings everyone! It's the first time Australia are going to face UAE in international cricket, and it's no secret as to who'll start as favourites in this lone T20I encounter. Australia played 11 T20Is this year and have won 8 of them, with two of their recent losses coming against Pakistan in the tri-series in Zimbabwe. Two days from now, Australia will be tested by a similar opposition in a three match T20I series and although this game might not kindle similar significance, a win here should enable them an opportunity to sign off their UAE tour on a winning note. That said, UAE are no pushovers at home and given the absence of some of the key players in the Australian side, they sense a great chance to stamp their mark against the third-ranked side in T20Is. This should be fun. Stay tuned for toss and team updates...
