So that ends things for now. Do catch up on all the action on this platform. Till next time, cuddle up tighter and sleep well. Ta, ta, bye bye.
Aaron Finch | POTM and Australia Captain: Both teams if they are honest, were sloppy. We were lucky to get across the line. We knew [the pitch] it will be a challenge at the halfway mark. Wadey again a cool head at the end. We had to suck up a little bit of presssure, I wanted to target the short boundary but got out, nice to get a couple though. I did not like the first one hitting on the head [on his first ball he faced from Joseph]. Really liked batting in the middle-order, something different. We probably would swap it around in the next game [on the opening combination]. We gonna keep tinkering with things, so that we got all bases covered going into the World Cup.
Aaron Finch is the Player of the Match.
Nicholas Pooran | West Indies Captain: Got a chance to win the game but we messed it up but we will look to get better. Guys are disappointed, happy the way the guys came out and fought, the important moments we did not capitalise, having said that catches win matches. The guys came off a plane two nights ago. We have the World Cup Qualifiers as well to play here. Really pleased with how Mayers batted, Cariah on debut and Joseph bowling really well today. Maybe if we had taken the catch in the last over, we could've won, but we learn from it, accept it, embrace it and move on.
22:01 Local Time, 12:01 GMT, 17:31 IST: A fine game and who knows what the result may have been if West Indies had taken those two catches in the last over. Reifer and Mayers will not be sleeping peacefully tonight - that's for sure. Both Starc and Wade gave them chances in that last over but easy catches were dropped. Creditable fight from West Indies in defending 145 as they fought all the way till the end. Warner and Marsh went early and Finch was the one who stabilised the innings along with Wade after Australia slumped to 58/5. The leggie on debut Cariah was impressive and that partnership of 69 brought Australia to the doorstep of victory. Finch and Cummins fell as Joseph and Odean Smith bowled two tight overs - the 18th and 19th. Cottrell who was belted all around the park tonight, had 11 to defend, he started with a boundary before two dropped catches gave Australia an equation of 2 from 2. Starc finished it off with a ball to spare. So Australia go 1-0 up in this 2-match T20I series. Do hang around for the presentation...
Cottrell to Starc, 2 runs, Australia win! Shortish outside off, Starc slaps it wide of cover, is very slow in turning for the second, the throw is weak and well in front of the stumps, Charles collects and is about to throw when Starc bumps into him. Not intentional again, then Starc stumbles over the crease and that's job done
2 off 2. Mid-on inside.
Cottrell to Starc, 2 runs, what's happening out there? Mayers now drops a high catch running to his left at backward point. West Indies are dropping the match with their fielding. A slower delivery outside off, thick top-edge on the slog, Mayers runs and allows the ball to slip through his hands. Really needed to be taken
Now Starc is on strike. 4 off 3. No change in the field. Backward square leg still inside.
Cottrell to Wade, 1 run, good length outside off, slashed on the bounce to Reifer to deep point. He fires the throw back and prevents the second
5 off 4. What can Cottrell come up with?
Cottrell to Wade, 2 runs, dropped by Reifer at deep point. Has he dropped the game? Slashed up in the air, no timing and Reifer coming in, trying to take it the conventional way, drops it as he goes down. Was an easy catch but Reifer got into an awkward position when he got there to catch. What a big moment that is
7 off 5.. Now backward square leg up on the leg-side.
Cottrell to Wade, FOUR, Wade starts well. A back of a length delivery on the tummy, he pulls hard and to the deep backward square leg fence. Runs away. Poor ball and Wade bumps into Cottrell as he was running forward. Not intentional clearly and they apologise to each other
Sheldon Cottrell [3.0-0-38-2] is back into the attack
Australia need 11 off the last over. Who will bowl that one? Most importantly Wade will be on strike. Cottrell is the man. Pooran, Holder and Joseph around him to have a word. Anxious faces in the Australian dugout. What's the field like? Third man and fine-leg up. No mid-wicket on the leg-side.

Odean Smith
3-0-19-1
Odean Smith to Starc, 2 runs, good length just outside off, biffed just wide of the outstretched left-hand of Odean Smith, in front of long-on and they come back for two
13 off 7! Starc and Wade have a word. Holder does have one with Smith too.
Odean Smith to Starc, no run, good bowling. A dot as Odean Smith bowls a good length angling away from Starc outside off, a slash and a miss
Mitchell Starc, left handed bat, comes to the crease
