Pooran kick-starts his captaincy stint with a 3-0 series win. More importantly, West Indies gain 30 World Cup Super League points. Tougher challenge in store for them as they travel to Pakistan next. For Netherlands, inexperience has played a major role as they've failed to capitalize on key moments. They'll be hosting another 3-match ODI series against England later this month. Well, it's time to bring the curtains down on this series. Until next time, it's goodbye and good night...

Nicholas Pooran: Very pleased with this new team, first time as a captain. We go to Pakistan now and see where we stand. I want to see myself before as well but love the way the guys have performed with their opportunities, the two debutants performed well and the spinners have bowled well. Today the guys took on the challenge, we stuck to our plans and we came up on top. First time coming to Amsterdam, surprised with the crowd, we’ve got fans not only from the Caribbean but all over the world, really happy to play in front of this crowd.

Pieter Seelaar: We've competed in patches and today we seriously had a chance to beat the West Indies. Today was a proper chance. After a tough start, we fought back well. There was crowd, the sun came out, I am very disappointed with the result. We kind of deserved the 10 points. I thought we kind of lost it in overs 35-40.

Akeal Hosein | Player of the Series: First of all, kudos to Nic Pooran. Whatever plan was needed, we stuck to it. Whenever the team requires, I am ready to put my hand up.

Kyle Mayers | Player of the Match: It was a good feeling, I always wanted to get that hundred, we spoke about it before the start of the series - batting up the order, happy to make it count. First is always the best one for me, I just want to continue this rich vein. First time in Amsterdam, wickets are lovely for batting. Hopefully we can make me and Shai (Hope) opening the batting a regular thing for the West Indies, but we’ll have to wait and see.

19:08 Local Time, 17:08 GMT, 22:38 IST: West Indies complete the 3-0 whitewash over Netherlands. The visitors posted a massive total on the back of a marathon 184-run partnership between Mayers and Brooks. In reply, the Dutch started positively with both their openers compiling their respective half-centuries. The hosts were 164/1 in the 30th over and the game was pretty much in the balance. The spin-twins - Akeal Hosein and Hayden Walsh - picked two crucial wickets to apply the brakes. Skipper hit a few boundaries towards the end but the debutants - Jayden Seales and Shermon Lewis - held their nerves towards the end to emerge victorious. Stick around for the presentations...

Shermon Lewis to Seelaar, out Caught&Bowled!! Maiden ODI wicket for Shermon Lewis. Short ball at the body, Seelaar is cramped for room and is clearly late on the pull. The ball splices up in the air and it's a simple return catch for the debutant. Seelaar c and b Shermon Lewis 16(9) [4s-2 6s-1]
