So that's that. Pakistan have absolutely ravaged through the Windies in the first 2 T20Is and wrapped up the series before the men from the Caribbean could get used to the air of Pakistan. Clinical from the men in green. They have out-batted, out-bowled, and out-fielded the opposition to triumph in this series. The number 1 T20I side in the world - in their own backyard after 9 years! On that note of Pakistan's redemption (as a hosting nation) on the world stage, it's Rishi Roy once again, taking your leave on behalf of Akshay Maanay and Vinod. See you in less than 24 hours for the dead-rubber finale. I'm gonna go catch up on some sleep. Good night!

Sarfraz Ahmed, Pakistan Captain: "My boys are brilliant, and they have a great understanding of the game and as a result, they have performed well. I'm trying to learn things such as anger management, etc. Trying to stay calm and instill confidence in the youngsters. I love it when youngsters come to the team and play with so much confidence such as Talat today, Shadab a few months ago, and even Babar. So I think every youngster that comes in has the same confidence of playing. We have made it clear to the players that fitness is paramount, so only if you are fit enough, you can play for Pakistan. It's great that we are number 1 in the world. It's a team effort, and we'd like to thank the team and the support staff for the way they have managed the team. We have had 2 back-to-back T20s and we are happy that we have managed to stay fit for this taxing series. We would like to thank the crowd for coming out in big numbers to the match."

Jason Mohammed, Windies captain: "Still disappointed. It was a little better with the bat, but still not good enough. We're still looking to improve. We set aggressive fields and try and pick up a couple of early wickets. Hopefully we can come out with a victory next match, a consolation before going back home."

Babar Azam, Man of the Match: "The dot balls that I didn't utilize were the problem, and it was my fault that I couldn't get there. My role was that I had to play all 20 overs, and I am happy I managed that. Fakhar doesn't allow the pressure to come onto me, and plays his shots, and takes the pressure off me completely, and allows me to play my natural game."

Shadab Khan: "It was getting difficult to grip the ball for the leg-break, that's why I bowled a lot of googlies today. It's been wonderful performing at home, in front of this crowd. We're good friends, the young bunch of us. We play around, goof around, and eat together, so we're enjoying with the teammates. A lot of players from PSL are playing, so that takes the pressure off you, especially in terms of confidence against international-class players. Loved the crowd as well, as you know it's the first time I've played international cricket in Pakistan. It's been a great experience."

22:55 Local Time, 17:55 GMT, 23:25 IST: The match was done and dusted in the first six overs. Not wanting to repeat their abysmal batting performance from last night, the Windies took a cautious approach towards the target. Walton was the only one who looked to chase the target and even he didn't threaten. Samuels and Mohammed made it more difficult for their team with defensive batting. Ramdin and Paul struck a few blows but the match was already lost. Pakistan bowlers were clinical with the ball and why wouldn't they be as there was a mountain to defend.

Hasan Ali to Kesrick Williams, out Bowled!! Hasan Ali joins the party. Four wickets in seven balls for Pakistan. They are now one wicket away from yet another series win. A typical Hasan Ali wicket this. Full, straight and a bit of nip in, Williams wanted to drive and he does not account for the inward movement, the ball sneaks through the bat and pad gap to uproot the middle stump.
