Mortaza collects the trophy from Nazmul Hassan and the rest of team join in to take snaps in front of a big board which reads Winner. Bangladesh have given a perfect gift for their outgoing captain and with that close a famous chapter in their cricketing history. When they take on Pakistan in the one-off ODI it will be the start of a new era but before that they have a couple of T20s against Zimbabwe and having won all their games so far, they would want to keep it that way. Williams and Co. needs to get their act together if they have to even put up a fight against this dominant Bangladesh team. Can they do better in the T20s? We'll find out on Monday (March 9). Do tune in to that game. For now, goodbye and take care..

Mashrafe Mortaza | Bangladesh captain: It is a difficult time to speak but the boys played well to win 3-0. The support I got from them is fantastic. I would like to thank all my coaches. I hope the new captain takes over and takes them to the next step. The World Cups are coming and I hope they go to the next level. The way Liton batted was brilliant, Tamim was under pressure but he played really well. Mustafizur has always been a champion. Saifuddin is still a youngster and he is coming back strongly after an injury. I hope they keep repeating these performances day in and day out.

Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das | Players of the Series - the duo scored over 300 runs respectively in the 3-match series.

Liton Das | Player of the Match: I enjoy my batting and very happy with the hundreds. Tamim played an important role in guiding me through the partnership.

Sean Williams | Zimbabwe captain: It has been a very disappointing series for us. The second ODI was phenomenonal. Donald Tiripano, Raza and Wesley all had good series. Obviously we were poor with the ball today. Going into the T20s we have to correct our basics. We have two days between now and the first T20, Craig (Ervine) will be ready but not sure about Chamu (Chibhabha). Looking for the T20s now, put this in the past, T20s is a different ball game and anyones game on the day. We have Ireland coming up. Hopefully some of the U19 guys can get a game in.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hassan hands over a memento to Mortaza. The whole team comes around to hand over a signed jersey and they now stand for the photos. Not a single person has left the ground as they are cheering on their outgoing captain. Incredible scenes!

Mahmudullah: He has always supported us and held us all together. Probably the best captain ever produced by Bangladesh. The togetherness we had is all because of him. We all thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

Well, well! All the Bangladeshi players have changed their jersey and everyone is wearing with the name Mashrafe and number 2 on the back. On the front it says Thank You Captain. "He was unbelievable. We were nowhere in 2014 when he took over and now everyone has started to notice us. The changes he has made to Bangladesh cricket is unbelievable. There were lot of times people wanted me to be dropped but he didn't allow that. I hope he continues playing for Bangladesh," says Tamim. "He is a legend of the game. We have learnt a lot from him. I pray that he can continue as a player. We will miss him as a captain. The whole of Bangladesh is praying for him and I wish him all the best," adds Rahim.

22:40 Local Time, 22:10 IST: Zimbabwe players walk out to congratulate the home team. Mortaza is hoisted on Tamim's shoulder and taken on a lap of honour. A professional performance from Bangladesh which ensures Mortaza ends his captaincy stint with a win - his 50th in ODIs. Tamim and Liton Das gave them a mammoth score to defend and the bowlers did a fine job of bowling out the opposition. Almost every Zimbabwe batsmen got a start but no one went on to convert them into a Tamim hundred or a Liton hundred. In the end, that was the difference between the two sides. Bangladesh had four centuries in the series and Zimbabwe had nil. Saifuddin and Taijul were the pick of the bowlers and were well backed up by the rest. Hang around for the presentations..

Saifuddin to Tshuma, out Bowled!! All over! Bangladesh win by 123 runs. The trademark Saifuddin celebration is out. He picks up his fourth wicket with an inch perfect yorker. Tshuma has no clue about it, by the time he brought his bat down the ball had crashed into the base of middle-stump. Handshakes all round and Bangladesh complete a whitewash. Tshuma b Saifuddin 0(1)

Saifuddin to Raza, out Caught by Naim!! Saifuddin has hit the final nail in the coffin. Raza had to go after every delivery and it was a matter of time before he mishit one. The slower short of length delivery and Raza was not able to generate enough power to clear deep mid-wicket, Naim reverse cups it well inside the boundary rope.
