That brings an end to our coverage of the second T20I. Hope you guys enjoyed our live coverage. You can switch tabs and follow the ongoing match of CPL. We'll be back soon with some more action between Ireland and Zimbabwe as there are three T20Is and three ODIs remaining. For now, it's a goodbye from us. Laters!
Andrew Balbirnie | Ireland captain: We weren't too sure what a good score was. To chase that down with three down is very satisfying. (On Kevin O'Brien) Really happy for him, really works hard in the nets. Delighted for Kev. There's a lot of people calling for his head unfortunately. Simi has been the standout player for us this year. Happy to bounce back from the first game.
Craig Ervine | Zimbabwe captain: We were definitely happy with the way we finished our innings. Burl and Shumba finished the innings well and gave us the momentum. It's a bit of concern, you always try to maximise in the powerplay. We were trying to play catch-up in both the games, got away in the first game, not today. We are a pretty good fielding side, the youngsters throw themselves around in the field. Today, Ireland were much better. Kevin batted really well and everyone bated around him.
Kevin O'Brien | Player of the Match: It's always good to score runs. Coming off 0,0 and 2 in the last three games, it's always nice to spend some time in the middle. At this stage of my career I know how to play cricket and how to score runs. It's always good to score some runs and keep them (critics) quiet for a while.
15:14 Local Time, 14:14 GMT, 19:44 IST: Ireland - 1 | Zimbabwe - 1. The hosts have bounced back in some style to level the 5-match T20I series. They failed to chase a paltry total in the last match, but the Irish openers were clinical today. Stirling departed after getting Ireland to a fantastic start, but Kevin O Brien carried on and brought up a rollicking fifty to keep the hosts always ahead in the game. Balbirnie couldn't add much, but Dockrell played a responsible knock by rotating the strike well during his partnership with KOB. He kept his cool once Kevin O Brien departed and made sure to take Ireland over the line with a hat-trick of boundaries in the 19th over. Hang in for the presentations..
Ngarava to Dockrell, FOUR, Dockrell hits a hat-trick of boundaries as Ireland win by 7 wickets. Goes hard at this short ball with a swing of his blade, and gets a top-edge that flies towards the third man boundary. That's a clinical win for the hosts
Ngarava to Dockrell, FOUR, make that two in two! Just a boundary away from victory now. A length ball by Ngarava again and Dockrell has lofted it over the same region with a lot more elevation this time around
Ngarava to Dockrell, FOUR, that should seal the deal. Dockrell clears his front leg and smacks the length delivery over the fielder at extra cover. That's four runs!
Equation down to run-a-ball. The boundaries have dried up since Kevin O Brien's dismissal
