There were many other stars for Scotland with the ball apart from Sharif as well. However, their batting effort earlier was powered by a lone hand from Richie Berrington. He scored 82* while the next best score and kept Scotland competitive. Okay, so that's a wrap of this first T20I. Two more to go. Until next time it's goodbye.
17:22 Local Time, 16:22 GMT, 21:52 IST: First he took that catch in the penultimate over, and then delivered a brilliant final over to seal the win for Scotland. Excellent from Sharif, finishing with figures of 4/24. He's helped Scotland come out on top in a close finish by seven runs. Zimbabwe didn't have a great start and were struggling at 58/4 after more than 10 overs. But a fine knock from Shumba, who shared a 54-run stand with Williams, got them back and at one stage, with 33 needed off four overs, they seemed to be favourites. But then they lost wickets in a hurry with Shumba running out of support at the other end. He remained unbeaten on 45 but couldn't get them over the line.
