Another lop-sided encounter and the Windies have taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series. To be honest, unless Australia find a way out in their batting, this could be a whitewash. The visitors clearly haven't found their T20 blueprint yet. They better find it quick because at the moment, West Indies are on another level in comparison. Let's hope that we get to see a more competitive game next time around. On that note, this is Hari Sadanandan signing off on behalf of Sagar Chawla, Abhinand Raghavendran and Naga. Cheers!
Nicholas Pooran | West Indies captain: It was a top game. We kept asking for improvement. Today we executed our plans both with bat and ball. He (Gayle) is the greatest T20 batsman to play this game, really pleased for him. I didn't dream (of starting captaincy with three straight wins) but this is a lovely bunch of guys. Also Polly (Pollard) and our coach. He (Pollard) is my mentor and has been someone who has always wanted me to do well. He is always helping me out. The spinners have been doing a lot of work on their bowling and it's paying off. It's also important to plan with the wind factor. Hitting against it isn't easy. We want to achieve consistency. Three game is nothing, we should try to win all five games if we can. There will be opportunities for other guys too.
Aaron Finch | Australia captain: Same as the other games. We haven't had our top order batting deep, losing too many wickets early and exposing our middle order. Credit to the West Indies, they bowled the right lengths and pace, didn't let us to score freely. We would have liked more runs no doubt. And that comes down to the top order not going deep. When one of the top four do that, it puts pressure on the bowlers. It's not due to lack of intent. International cricket is tough. Some of their players have played loads of games in this format, so it's tough. Yes, he (Meredith) was good, bowled with good pace and energy. We started well with the ball and were good in the field. Some positives there, so hope we keep improving.
Chris Gayle | Player of the Match: It's been a great journey. I'm so happy and pleased to get a series win. Congrats to the stand-in captain for achieving this against a great team. From a person point of view, we all know that I was struggling. So it was pleasing to get runs. I want to dedicate these runs to my teammates. Especially Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo. Sometimes, no matter how great you are, you need to get some talking to. The strength and unity in this team is immense. During the series against Sri Lanka when I got back in the squad, I was trying to do a different role than be myself. I don't mind the numbers, soon to be 42 so you all should be glad that Chris Gayle is still playing. My real target is the World Cup and hope I'll last till then. They (Australia) lost a lot of players and are looking to rebuild. With the World Cup looming, this is a good test for them.
22:32 Local Time, 02:32 GMT, 08:02 IST: No two ways about it, it's been another thrashing for the Aussies. They were about 20 short in Henriques' words at the halfway mark. In truth, they were even more short. 141 wasn't going to threaten this Windies line-up who have so many powerhitters even in the absence of Pollard and Lewis. It was the Universe Boss show today, getting back to form in his unmatchable manner. He put the Aussie bowlers to the sword, also getting to 14000 T20 runs in the process. Stand-in skipper Pooran also got himself some runs after having promoted himself to number four. For Australia, Starc's spell was the only positive while Meredith did impress with his variations although he did get some stick as well. Australia clearly need to work on their batting. These might not be their preferred batting resources but they can learn from the Windies who are doing so well without two of their key batters.
Riley Meredith to Pooran, FOUR, Pooran seals the match and series in style! Slower and short on middle and leg, Pooran stands tall and pulls this hard through the gap at mid-wicket. Lets out a huge roar as soon as he hit this
Riley Meredith to Pooran, FOUR, Pooran is slowly getting back to his best. Leg-lined and fuller, he swivels inside the line and plays a lovely pick-up shot very fine down the leg-side. Almost went all the way. Just a hit away
Riley Meredith to Pooran, wide, slower bouncer but too high and it's been wided
Riley Meredith to Russell, 1 run, good nut, a middle stump yorker and Russell can only get an inside edge behind square leg. Good comeback from Meredith
Riley Meredith to Russell, no ball, SIX, just a typical Russell start! Clears his front leg, gets a length ball that he clobbers over long-on for a biggie. Not that he needed an invitation but with mid-on in place, he just went hard at this. What's worse for Meredith is that this is a no-ball
Riley Meredith to Pooran, 1 run, angling across on leg stump, worked away down to long-on. Meredith was on a hat-trick but it denied by Pooran
Andre Russell, right handed bat, comes to the crease
Riley Meredith to Dwayne Bravo, out Caught by Zampa!! Meredith has another! He's the only Aussie who is having a good night out there along with Starc. Dug this into the surface and Bravo after backing away lost control on the cut shot. Sliced this straight into the night sky. Zampa at short third man had to trek back and took this skier with admirable calmness. Tumbled in the end but he had it under control. Dwayne Bravo c Zampa b Riley Meredith 7(7) [4s-1]
Riley Meredith to Dwayne Bravo, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
Riley Meredith [3.0-0-30-2] is back into the attack

Starc to Pooran, FOUR, lovely stroke! Pooran helping himself to some runs and some form. Width on offer from Starc, he reaches out and crunches it wide of the point fielder with a fluent square drive
Starc to Pooran, no run, low full toss that Pooran drilled back down the track, Starc did get a hand on it to disturb the stumps at the bowler's end. There was some excitement among the Aussies for a run out and it forced the ump to send this upstairs. Dwayne Bravo was comfortably in though
Run out check! Has Bravo got back in time? First thing though for the third ump is to confirm whether Starc got a hand to this. He's checking for Ultra-edge to confirm. Seems like Bravo made it anyway from the replay. Yes, he has.
Starc to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run, a near-yorker on off stump, jammed out towards cover
Starc to Dwayne Bravo, no run, pitched up and closer to off, Bravo shuffles a bit and defends
